What we collect

When you authenticate with X, we receive your X user ID, handle, display name, avatar, bio, account creation date, verification status, and public account metrics. We store a secure session identifier, referral attribution, support order records, and service security logs. Stripe processes payment details; PEXD does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate identity, create and rank profiles, apply referral value, process and reconcile purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with law, and improve PEXD.

Sharing

Profile information and ranking statistics are public. We share necessary data with infrastructure, payment, analytics, security, and legal service providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain profile and transaction records while needed to operate PEXD, meet financial and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request access, correction, or deletion. Financial and fraud-prevention records may be retained when legally required.

Security

We use encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted server-side credentials, signed sessions, isolated application services, and Stripe-hosted checkout. No system can promise absolute security.
