Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of PEXD, an independent profile exposure directory and ranking service operated by PEXD (PEXD, we, or us). By using PEXD, you agree to these Terms.
1. Independent service
PEXD is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by X Corp. X names, handles, profile images, and public profile data belong to their respective owners.
2. Authentication and profiles
You may claim only the X identity authenticated through the X OAuth flow. You must not impersonate another person, misuse another identity, automate abusive activity, or manipulate PEXD through fraud, duplicate accounts, or payment abuse.
3. Promotional ranking value
Granted credit, invite credit, credit received, paid support totals, and PEXD value are promotional statistics internal to PEXD. They are not money, deposits, securities, stored value, or any redeemable instrument. Granted credit is issued by PEXD at no charge, may only be spent on PEXD profile placements, and cannot be reclaimed, transferred out, redeemed, or withdrawn once placed. Profile owners never receive or withdraw amounts displayed on their profile.
4. Paid services
Support purchases buy promotional services delivered on PEXD, including a permanent support record and, for eligible products, a defined highlight or spotlight period. Payments do not buy a guaranteed rank and do not guarantee impressions, traffic, clicks, followers, likes, reposts, comments, sales, or engagement on X or elsewhere. A later change in rank does not remove a completed permanent support record.
5. Not an auction or contest
PEXD does not offer prizes, jackpots, gambling, sweepstakes, bidding-fee auctions, or cash rewards. No profile owner receives the amounts displayed on their page. Users cannot transfer or redeem PEXD value.
6. Payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe. You authorize the amount shown at checkout. Taxes, payment method availability, and currency presentation may depend on Stripe and your location. We may reject, reverse, or refund suspicious or prohibited transactions.
7. Content and conduct
You grant PEXD a limited license to display the public profile information needed to operate the service. We may hide or remove profiles that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, sanctioned, or harmful to the service or others.
8. Availability and changes
We may update scoring, ranking, products, or availability to improve integrity and compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular ranking outcome.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEXD is provided as is. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to PEXD during the three months before the claim.
